YES...It was last summer, regardless these pieces are very inspirational.

the succulent project

Instead of buying the succulents at say Sprout Home, I decided to see what Home Depot had to offer. Their selection was very inexpensive and I ordered an array online with 2 - 2 cubic feet bags of Perlite. Obviously I had NO concept of how much 2 cubic feet actually is, so needless to say... if anyone needs some Perlite, I have about 1 and 3/4 bags left. (oops)

The Gratitude Rock

A few years ago, while at Ditch Plains in Montauk, a friend introduced me to "the gratitude rock".  Later that day after leaving to take a walk, I was pleasantly surprised to find that a little red rock was placed on my beach towel. I have kept this rock ever since. I keep it in my purse and every time I touch it, I express gratitude to something I appreciate in my life.
